Purchase on-line: The fastest and easy way! Use our shopping cart and check out with your credit card via our on-line secure service. Overseas orders are welcome! If you'd like your order processed quickly and accurately, please purchase on-line.
Mail your order: You could use our website's shopping cart and choose the payment option "Mail-In Check/Money Order/Credit Card". Print, complete and mail the form to the above address.
If you prefer not to use the shopping cart, a blank order form can be found on our 'Company Info' page. Print, complete and mail(or fax) the form to the address on our info page.
Call in your order: Simply call the above 24 hour order line at your convenience. The order line is for orders only. It is an answering service and unable to answer any questions.

Shipping and Handling Fees
US FREE SHIPPING $0: Free shipping is available in all 50 United States, US territories. Free shipping is not available in any country other than the US. Free shipping within the continental US typically takes 7-10 work days.
US Priority Mail $5: 3-4 Day service is available in all 50 United States. Orders placed before 1:00 pm (US Central time) will typically be shipped same day. This service typically takes 4 work days (1 day for processing + 3 days for shipping).
USPS Express $28: Express service is available in all 50 United States. Orders placed before 1:00 pm (US central time) will typically be shipped same day. This service typically takes 1-2 work days within the continental US, and take additional 1-2 days to PR,HI, or other US territories
Canada Airmail $12: Shipped by post office typically takes 12-14 work days. All customers of foreign countries are responsible for any taxes/tariffs due to their respective country.
Canada EMS $45: Shipped by post office typically takes 7-10 work days. All customers of foreign countries are responsible for any taxes/tariffs due to their respective country.
Overseas Airmail $20: Shipped by post office typically takes 12-14 work days. All customers of foreign countries are responsible for any taxes/tariffs due to their respective country.
Overseas Express EMS $65: Shipped by post office EMS typically takes 7-10 work days. All customers of foreign countries are responsible for any taxes/tariffs due to their respective country.

Refund Exchange Policy
Replacing Damaged Items: All pieces are inspected for quality at the time of shipping. If damage to an item occurs during shipping, we will gladly replace the damaged item upon return of the damaged item. No substitutions can be allowed for this type of exchange.
Exchanges: A single exchange is allowed within 7 days of receiving your item. The customer must contact Tiara Town within 7 work days via email.The returned item must be unused and in the original celophane wrapping. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Multiple exchanges of a single purchase are not allowed. A debit or credit will be applied to your account based on any price difference between exchanged items.
Refunds: Only authorized refunds are allowed. The customer must contact Tiara Town within 5 work days via email to receive a refund authorization form. Item must return within 14days after delivery with authorized form. The returned item must be unused and in the original celophone wrapping. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A Restocking Fee of $5 will be charged for each item refunded.
Clearance Items:We do not offer refunds or exchanges on clearance items
Overseas Orders:We do not offer refunds on overseas orders

Welcome to TiaraTown. My name is Dion and I am the unelected 'Mayor' here. Since the site has been up we have had quite a few questions about who we are, and why our prices are so much more reasonable than everyone else's. This sight is the result of my experiences with my own wedding. I will try to explain.
My Husband and I took studio wedding photos with many different back drops, make-up styles, and hairstyles.Several of these shots included tiaras. I really enjoyed posing with the tiaras, they were different and special. Later, when we reviewed the prints,again I noticed the tiara photographs stood out. I became really interested in the perfect tiara for my wedding. I found that many of the designs did not fit what I had in mind, and the ones that did cost so much I couldn't afford them. The idea for TiaraTown started while I was calling designers, sellers, and manufacturers looking for the perfect tiara. If I could get together a good selection of quality tiaras at reasonable prices, other brides could benefit from my efforts and I could put my newly acquired degree to work!
Planning a wedding is difficult, some of the hardest planning is financial. A reasonably priced tiara can help. Selling online allows us to do business with out the extremely high mark ups in more traditional bridal shops. So feel free to look around our on-line catalog, and if there's anyway we can improve our business, or more importantly your wedding, let us know.
