(1) Shipping & Handling Fee:

     Free shipping (US & Canada)

•  $0 Free shipping (US, APO/FPO & Canada), ship via USPS Frist Class Mail.
•  $12 for Fedex Express Saver - Mainland United States Only (Delivery Time 3 to 4 business days, not including weekends & holidays), not available to HI, AK, PR (order placed before 1:00pm Central time will be shipped at the same day)
•  $16  for Fedex 2nd day air  - Mainland United States Only (Delivery Time 2 to 3 business days, not including weekends & holidays), not available to HI, AK, PR (order placed before 1:00pm Central time will be shipped at the same day)
• $25 USPS Express (1-2 days) avaliable all US states. HI, AK, PR might take additional 1-2 days.  Mainland US will take 1-2 days.   Order placed before 1:00 CT will ship out same day.
• $8 per order for overseas (except Canada) by air ( 14 to 20 days)
• $30 overseas EMS , 7-10 days to most countries.

 

Please allow up to 10 business days for normal free delivery.   Normal shipping will be done by Priority Mail/First Class within United States. Airmail to other countries.  Most orders shipped out within 2 business days!  Special shipping (2nd day air/Express  - Mainland United States Only)  will be done by USPS or Fedex, orders will be shipped at the same day if orders place before 1:00p.m Central time)

2nd day/express overnight to AK,HI,PR  may charge additional shipping fee.

(2) Exchange or Refund: We offer a  money back guarantee, we allow the exchange/refund of products within one week of receival.

For Exchange: You can do so within 7 days of receiving your item, we will ship the new item upon receipt the returned item.  Any prices difference will be either debit/credit to your account. Customer is responsible for shipping fee(s). Exchange is one time only,after item has been exchanged, we will not offer exchange/refund anymore.
For Refund:  Refunds can only made if you EMAIL us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will mail a pre-authorized form.  Return item(s) must in in pre-ship condition/ in original package. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
NOTE: All returned item(s) are subject to a $5  restocking fee on EACH tiara and EACH necklace item(s) and 10% restocking fee on crowns.

Clearance sale items- we do not offer refund/exchange on our final clearance sale items.
Oversea Orders- we offer exchange only policy.

All pieces are inspected for quality at the time of shipping.  If damage to an item occurs during shipping, we will gladly replace the damaged item.  Please email to: questions@tiaratown.comfor arrangement.

No Refunds, credits or exchanges will be honored for products that have been used and or damaged caused by customer neglect.

We do not offer refund after the wedding/event under any circumstances.
